From the North
Take I-15 South to the 8th North exit in Orem (Exit #275). Turn Left, heading West toward Provo Canyon. Take the US-189 South bound ramp heading into Provo. This will merge to University Ave. Go to the 3700 North intersection and turn left. Make an immediate right into the Courtyard at Jamestown Business Complex. Dr. Pledger is in the first building (directly in front of you) and is located on the second floor.
From the South
Take I-15 North to the University Ave exit in Provo (Exit #266). Go North to the 3700 North intersection and turn right. . Make an immediate right into the Courtyard at Jamestown Business Complex. Dr. Pledger is in the first building (directly in front of you) and is located on the second floor.
Sandy Facility: 10011 S. Centennial Pkwy #220
From the North
Take I-15 South to 9000 South (exit #298). Turn Left, heading East. Turn Right onto State St/US-89. You will head South for about one mile and then turn Right onto Sego Lily Dr. (10000 S) Immediately turn left into the “One Sandy Center” Parking lot. Dr. Pledger is on the fourth floor with Dr Hoopes office, Suite 400.
From the South
Take I-15 North to 10600 South. Turn Right, heading East. Turn Left onto State St/ US-89. Turn Left onto Sego Lily Dr. (10000 S) Immediately turn left into the “One Sandy Center” Parking lot. Dr. Pledger is on the fourth floor with Dr Hoopes office, Suite 400
